The license displayed on each product page (such as CC0) applies. CC0 assets may be used commercially without attribution.
A paid asset license is granted to one natural person per account.
• Even when a company or organization purchases an account, please designate one person who will actually use it.
• If multiple people will use the assets, an account (seat) is required for each person.
• Accounts may not be shared, lent, or used in turns.
• A change of user is accepted only for a reasonable cause, such as resignation, reassignment, or device failure, upon notification to store@akari-oss.app.
• Companies and organizations wishing to purchase two or more seats together should use the business plan (contact us).
• The purchaser may use the assets an unlimited number of times in their own works, including commercial use in videos, streams, and commissioned projects.
• Attribution (credit) is not required.
• You may freely deliver, publish, and sell finished works incorporating the assets, such as exported videos.
• You may not give the asset files themselves, or project files containing the assets in an editable form, to a third party, unless the recipient holds a license for the same assets.
• Redistribution, resale, publication, or inclusion of the asset files themselves in asset collections or similar products (a business based on secondary use) is prohibited.
• An account belongs to the purchaser and may not be shared with third parties.
• Incorporating the assets into training datasets for machine learning or generative AI is prohibited (this does not prevent the purchaser from using AI tools in their own production process).
• Declaration data (usage suitability assessments, beat grids, hit_points, recipes, etc.) is protected as a compilation work.
• Use within the purchaser's projects is unlimited.
• Redistribution, publication, and resale of the declaration data itself are prohibited.
• Personal use in tools other than AKARI Video is permitted.

These terms are versioned, and the version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
Changes disadvantageous to existing purchasers will not be applied retroactively.
